The main task of the exhibition is to demonstrate the latest achievements and elaborations in the industrial field. Russia is one of the four countries claiming to host this major international event on its territory. To discuss the ideas that will form the basis for the bid materials when selecting the country, the leading experts from various fields were gathered at the Administration of the President.
Opening the event, the Presidential Adviser German Klimenko thanked the gathered experts for their participation in this important discussion:
”For Russia, the organization of events of this level always gives the opportunity to show the world our best achievements, elaborations, projects, and most importantly – people who have a direct bearing on their creation. Each state is honored to organize and hold it, as the exhibition gathers millions of guests from different countries. Russia has everything necessary to hold it at a high level. So I ask all of you to participate in the creation of ideas that the bid Committee will be able to present to other countries, participating in the vote for the country to host the EXPO 2025. This will provide an excellent opportunity for Russian companies and universities to expand their international ties,“ German Klimenko said.
As the Director of the Bid Committee of EXPO 2025 Svetlana Sagaydak told, ”Our vision of the world exhibition is to increase humankind's understanding of the concept of innovation as the approach that has a massive positive impact on the world.“
